Sports Update - October 12, 2010

On Sunday the men’s and women’s soccer teams hosted Bismarck State (ND).  The women lost 3-1, and the men lost 2-1.  The soccer teams have one remaining home contest on Sunday, October 17, vs. Waldorf College (IA).  Game time will be at 2 pm for the women and 4 pm for the men.

Also on Saturday and Sunday, the baseball team hosted Bismarck State in a 4 game series.   Century won both games on Saturday by the scores of 5-0 and 11-0.  They also won both games on Sunday by scores of 11-0 and 1-0.  This wrapped up the fall playing schedule for the baseball team, as the team finished with a 13-1-1 record for the fall.
